We guarantee the quality of the services we perform. If the auto repair or service was performed improperly, then we will redo the service at no additional cost to you during the established warranty period.

If your vehicle is not ready when we promised it would be ready, we will offer you a 10% discount or chargeback for this service.

Most parts and services purchased at H.R.S. Test Centre are covered by a minimum of 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first. Some parts and services have a different warranty and may incorporate a longer manufacturers warranty term. Auto parts which prove to be unserviceable during the warranty period will be replaced free of charge and there will be no additional fee for further parts or labour. Warranties apply to the parts installed and the service performed on private passenger vehicles.
